"WHY I LOVE SAN ANTONIO"
Part 2/5 - The Riverwalk

It's
everyone's favorite place! But there is more to the San Antonio
Riverwalk than the horse-shoe shaped section in the center of
downtown. Sure, if you want to see the most historic and arguably the
most beautiful part of the Riverwalk you can stay Downtown, but if you're
adventurous, read on!
Walking away and
above downtown there are museums like the San Antonio Museum of Art!
An awesome public
art display featuring huge fish, (entitled F.I.S.H. By artist Donald
Lipski)
And at the very
top of the Riverwalk- the Pearl Brewery!
And above that; Brackenridge Park!
Meanwhile, in Downtown San Antonio...
An outdoor theater and shops at La Villita!
Continuing
down through Downtown towards Southtown and the Blue Star Arts Complex is the
historic King William District of homes on tree lined peaceful
streets.
And finally, if you walk or
bike (maybe try the B-Cycle?)
the southernmost section of the
Riverwalk you'll end up at the Missions!
